Gold Slide Details:

All slides are double side polished to ensure optimal surface quality.  All cleaning, coating, inspection and packaging is performed in a class 100 cleanroom.  Coatings are produced in state of the art multi target in-line DC magnetron sputtering systems.  Slides have a thin layer of chrome under gold for adhesion.  All slides are 100% inspected after each step of production to ensure process integrity.  Slides are packaged in five-piece mailers vacuum-sealed in a moisture barrier metalized bags.
